Oral Health Website

Procter & Gamble's Global Scientific Relations team (Oral Care division) needed help distributing scientific information to key opinion leaders  in their industry.

The Problem

The Scientific Realtions team had been using a conventional quarterly newsletter to distribute scientific, technical, and product-based articles to readers. Sending this newsletter in PDF format had been adequate initially, now they needed a more efficient solution.

The Solution

I proposed a digital platform to allow speed and flexibility in publishing the scientific articles to the web. Using Adobe Business Catalyst (CMS), I styled a custom front-end interface for the new website using the Foundation framework. The intent was to present an uncluttered layout so that text-heavy pages could be read easily. Readers could be directed to the site to browse the latest quarterly articles.

Oral Health Companion Email

As a companion to the Oral Health eConnect site, I designed a series of responsive emails. These emails were sent to KOL's across the globe.

The Problem

The Scientific Relations team needed a better way to inform their readers of new articles that were being published to the new site. A fresh design was needed to introduce topics and to be the first touchpoint for readers in the experience.

The Solution

A responsive email template was developed by using inline CSS styles. The email was the first touchpoint for readers experiencing the articles being presented. It was crucial for the design to be clear, engaging and trustworthy.
